What if I need to change my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment time, please contact me directly as soon as possible so we can arrange another suitable time.
Payments for services are non-refundable, however your appointment can be rescheduled in accordance with the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
Please note: It is important to remember, holistic healthcare practitioners are not medical doctors, we are trained specialists who use non invasive holistic practices and modalities to create a healthy environment for the mind, body and spirit. You should continue to see any medical doctors you are currently under the care of and any prescription medication should not be altered without first consulting the doctor who recommended it.
